Congratulations to Alex Moiseyev, who has won this state title every year that it was played since 2003 (and Alex also won this tournament three additional times prior as a PA resident).  Tournament was 7 rounds using round robin as 2 hour per round.  All players used clocks set as: (55 minutes + 10 seconds for TWO games).

$1130 in prizes were awarded.  A special recognition goes to our donors:  Joe McDaniel ($1000), Richard Beckwith (playing room costs, water, snacks), 1989 Ohio champ Bill Schumann ($100, and he also visited the tourney), Aden Keim ($20 from 2024 prize), and Alan Millhone ($10).
